The Automotive Service Association (ASA) will hold a webinar on June 15 on the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Overtime Rule. The rule updates the regulations governing which executive, administrative and professional employees are entitled to the Fair Labor Standards Act’s minimum wage and overtime pay protections.
