PartsTrader announced today the appointment of Thomas (Tom) O’Brien as Chairman of the Board of Directors for PartsTrader Markets Limited (PTML). PTML is the parent company of PartsTrader LLC, the leading parts procurement platform serving the collision repair industry in the US.
