Delaware Insurance Department Proposes to Allow Photo-Video Appraisals

State is latest to consider overturning prohibition against use of photographs to prepare collision repair damage appraisals. The Delaware Department of Insurance has proposed to amend its Regulation 602 relating to Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers to allow the use of digital images by appraisers.
