Greg Silvestri Promoted to VP, Service & Aftersales Operations at Kia Motors America

Kia Motors America (KMA) announced the promotion of Greg Silvestri to vice president, service & aftersales operations. In his new role, Greg will report to Michael Cole, chief operating officer and executive vice president, and will continue to elevate Kia’s product quality and ownership experience while driving additional parts sales and dealer fixed-operations profitability. In addition, Silvestri will develop forward-reaching fixed-operations strategies designed to cope with the ever-changing retail automotive landscape. 

Silvestri joined Kia in 2004 as director of regional operations for the Western Region. Transferring to the service department in 2008, he was later promoted to executive director, service
