U.S. Senators Tim Kaine (D-VA), Rob Portman (R-OH), Tammy Baldwin (D-WI), and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) recently introduced the Creating Quality Technical Educators Act, (S. 2737). The bill would establishes a grant program to address the shortage of career and technical education (CTE) teachers impacting programs all across the country.
