The AMA Group Limited announced that it has finalized its renegotiations for the acquisition of Woods Accident Repair Centres that was previously announced in May.
Under the revised arrangement, AMA will now pay a total purchase price of AU$2.05 million ($1.49 million) in full settlement for the acquisition of Woods, including a majority stake in the Woods controlled Trackright business.
According to the company, based on first quarter earnings for Woods and Trackright this financial year, this equates to a purchase price of less than 1.5 times EBITDA.
