Overall Parts Solutions (OPS) announced the national availability of BackTrax, a digital parts return system, as part of the OPS Technology Platform.
The BackTrax online software is a feature within the OPSTrax technology that provides an electronic dashboard to track parts return status in real-time. It was designed to enhance OPSTrax, the parts procurement platform in North America that was released 12 years ago. The new feature consists of four elements:
- A digital, streamlined parts return system
- On-demand electronic credits
- Desktop and mobile multiplatform access
- Return analytics and reporting
