The Collision Industry Conference (CIC) Education & Training committee is currently conducting a survey of collision repair facility office support staff and technicians on training needs and delivery methods. The committee is asking employers to forward a link to the survey with their staff (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XFBVBWN) to improve the response rate and the value of the information.
