Growth returns in to the collision repair industry in April after a down month in February and soft March results.
An analysis of the latest data released from the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), shows that total production for the collision repair industry was up in April to record levels. April’s production performance was up both versus the previous month and up from April 2016.
The industry’s total production, which we define as the total average weekly hours per month multiplied by the total number of production and non-supervisory workers employed each month, was 7.62 million
