CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts announced the opening of CARSTAR ARA Collision Seattle at 946 N. 127th St., Seattle, WA 98133. The CARSTAR location is co-owned by CARSTAR multi-store franchise owners Kevin Parsons and Jeff Middleton.
