Solera Acquires Dutch Auto Insurance Software Company Colimbra

Solera Holdings, Inc. announced the acquisition of the Netherlands-based insurance software company, Colimbra Holding B.V. This is Solera’s second acquisition in the Netherlands during the last six months. In January, Solera announced the acquisition of Digidentity B.V., a provider of next-generation technologies that secure and authenticate online identities.

SoleraColimbra specializes in intelligent data management software and services for the automotive insurance industry.
