Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes announced it will hold its next EcoLean Level 2 workshop on April 4-5 at the Westin San Jose Hotel in San Jose, Calif.
While there, the workshop group will have the privilege of touring Golden West Collision Center, a state-of-the-art facility which has completely implemented lean production principles resulting in an exceptional customer experience.

As some of you may know I was sued by Sherwin William’s which I counter sued them and proved in federal court that they lied to me over and over again, it was revealed that they’ve been lying to many of their customers as well. We proved they knew their products were defective and they still put their product out for sale.
They knew from the start the AWX line had and issues but they didn’t care they’re too big to fight, to take down they have so much money they can just keep delaying the process until who ever challenges gives up the fight.
I hope that anyone that is considering any kind relationship with Sherwin Williams to please be careful it’s been my experience that their lies start at the top and go all the way to the bottom with Sherwin Williams. They don’t care, they’ll do or say whatever you want to lock you in and then lie about. What you think is not what you get with Sherwin Williams even their supply agreements clearly say one thing but mean another, don’t trust anything they say or even have written.
Ohio has some crazy laws that are designed to protect big corporations so if you do anything with them be sure you have an attorney in Ohio review the agreement if you do you’ll never sign their supply agreement. My experience is they don’t stand behind anything but their money. They have somehow convinced the Judge in our case to reduce the judgment that I was awarded by seven jurors (how does that happen?)
We’ve now filed an appeal with the 9th circuit court of appeals and we believe the judgment will be reinstated. I believe they are delaying all of this for a couple of reasons the first is the statue of limitations on fraud, it’s when you first knew they were committing fraud to you so for example if you found out because you saw something about my lawsuit and then you realized then they were lying to you too then that’s the date, so don’t delay go after them if you plan to. The other is the sealed documents they asked the judge to seal that totally prove they’re lairs, we’ll be asking for those to be unsealed and once that happens the other shops that are currently in a lawsuits with these lairs which have been confirmed by the verdict in our case will have what they need to fight.
The Sherwin Williams brand in my opinion shouldn’t be trusted and don’t be fooled just because they bought another brand. Sherwin Williams is Sherwin Williams it doesn’t matter what brand they try to hide behind.
