Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS) announced the acquisition of Guelph Paint and Bumper Supplies Inc. by its FinishMaster Canada Inc. subsidiary. Guelph Paint and Bumper distributes auto body supplies, automotive paint refinish and related products in Guelph, Ontario. This acquisition broadens Uni-Select’s presence in the Ontario market Area. The location will be re-branded to use the FinishMaster brand in the coming weeks. Under the FinishMaster brand, Guelph Paint and Bumper will continue to support the AkzoNobel product line.
