Parts Authority has opened a 450,000-square-foot distribution facility in Olive Branch, Mississippi, its first location in the state, the aftermarket parts distributor said Aug. 10.
The site enlarges the inventory pool available to collision repair facilities buying through National Auto Body Parts Powered by Parts Authority, the company’s collision banner. Parts availability and delivery speed feed directly into repair cycle time and length of rental, and a deeper regional stock position shortens the wait when a shop needs a component that is not on the shelf.
