Auto Glass Genie, an Arkansas-based auto glass repair and replacement company, announced that it has begun operations in multiple neighboring states as part of its regional expansion initiative. Seems to me to be a great model including the techs in an equity position.
More likely to stay and work through any opportunities, knowing they are invested,
rather than the current tendency of jumping companies for $.50 here or a dollar there.
