The Automotive Service Association (ASA), the Alliance for Automotive Innovation (Alliance), and the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) sent a joint letter to Congress yesterday offering to assist constituents who are encountering difficulties locating vehicle diagnostic and repair data.
