The Michigan Senate yesterday approved a revised House Bill 4344 (HB 4344) that proposes an extensive update of the state’s Motor Vehicle Service and Repair Act. The amended bill was passed by the State Senate by a vote of 33.4. In February the bill passed the House of Representative by a vote of 84-22.
