Massachusetts Right to Repair Coalition Calls for Prompt Ruling on Right to Repair Ballot Question

The Massachusetts Right to Repair Coalition has filed an Amicus Curiae brief in federal court in reaction to an April 15 procedural order again delaying a ruling, until at least July 1, on a lawsuit filed by the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, the association that represents vehicle manufacturers, challenging the law.
