FinishMaster, Inc., the subsidiary of Uni-Select Inc. (TSE:UNS), announced it has completed the acquisition of Gladwin Paint Company. This acquisition increases FinishMaster’s footprint with eight locations in Texas including the Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio metro areas.
Founded in 1954, by Carl and Margaret Gladwin the company specializes in training and assisting body shop technicians in product knowledge, process solutions, and SOP implementation to help improve their customers’ overall performance.
