Mark is one of the very finest people this industry has ever had working in it. He has been a gentleman at every step of the way. Never one to speak in anger or with a raised voice, Mark was always a kind and gentle man, sought out for his great ability to quietly think through a situation before speaking. It was my pleasure to know and work with him on many different industry committees, but even more importantly, to talk with him as my friend. I wish him great success and a future filled with good health, much happiness, and fond memories..

I agree with Chuck’s sentiments. Best of luck in retirement Mark, and any other endeavors you might choose to take on. Retirement is pretty good. I can vouch for that. Karen Fierst
