Service King Collision Repair Centers announced the acquisition of First Impressions Collision, Inc. Officials from both Service King and First Impressions mutually agreed upon terms of the acquisition before formally closing yesterday with the merger set to take effect immediately. First Impressions’ single collision repair center is located at 4000 Sullivant Ave. in Columbus, Ohio.
