The Boyd Group Inc. announced the opening on March 1 of a new Gerber collision repair center in Punta Gorda, Fla. Punta Gorda is about 23 miles north of Fort Myers and about a two-hour drive south of Tampa. The center is located on US Highway 41 linking Tampa and Miami and is close to the I-75 Interstate Highway.
