In a letter today, the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers (AASP), the Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) and the Automotive Service Association (ASA) rebutted an August 30 Op-Ed article by New Hampshire Insurance Commissioner John Elias that said the repair industry was hijacking consumer protection laws to increase repair costs.
