FCA Partners with AMi to Offer Online Non-Technical Training for its Certified Collision Repair Network

The Automotive Management Institute (AMi) announced today it had been selected to host the FCA Certified Collision Network non-technical training in conjunction with consultant and CollisionAdvice owner, Mike Anderson. The online courses created by Anderson will be available through AMi’s learning portal and focus on FCA specific topics such as, the proper use of Tech Authority, how to leverage the FCA certification, and training on various operational approaches and efficiencies that lead to improving the FCA customer experience.
