The 17th Annual Race for Automotive Education is planned for January 8-10, 2019 at ProKart Indoor Racing, in Burnsville, Minn. The event serves as the primary fundraiser for the AASP-MN Automotive Education Fund, which provides financial resources to support automotive students, enhance automotive programs and raise awareness of career opportunities in the automotive service industry.
A flyer on the event with a registration form is available to download. The deadline to register is December 15.
Since its inception, the fund has disbursed over $223,000 directly to students enrolled in automotive programs through the association’s scholarship program and Skills USA
