CARSTAR announced the opening of CARSTAR Advantage Collision Center, a 20,000 sq. ft. collision repair center, located at 3013 Airline Blvd. in Portsmouth, Va. and CARSTAR Collision Express, an 18,000 sq. ft. center located at 3705 Carolina Beach Rd, Wilmington, N.C.
