Abra Auto Body Repair of America announced that its acquisition of 38 Cooks Collision repair locations closed on Friday, Oct. 26.
The acquisition of Cooks is Abra’s largest single transaction in its 34-year history, and marks the company’s entry state of California. Abra first entered the West Coast region in 2013 with acquisitions in Washington and Oregon. With today’s announcement, Abra will have more than 90 locations in the region.
