The AMA Group Limited announced that it has finalized the acquisition of Gemini Accident Repair Centres Pty. Ltd. that was announced in September. Gemini has 40 collision repair centers across Australia and one in New Zealand.
With the addition of Gemini’s collision repair centers located across Australasia AMA will have a national footprint of in excess of 70 locations.
As previously announced, Andy Hopkins, Executive Chairman of Gemini, has been appointed a Director of the company and becomes the Chief Executive Officer of the merged AMA Gemini Panel business.
