CARSTAR announced the opening of CARSTAR Yelm in Yelm, Wash. Matt Earsley, owner of CARSTAR Yelm, started his career at a repair center in Olympia as a facility cleaner/helper. Seeing the career potential in the collision repair industry and always eager to learn, Earsley was motivated from the outset. He eventually worked his way up gaining more responsibility, taking estimating classes outside of work, becoming a technician and then an owner of his own collision repair facility.
