Plaintiffs in a 2012 lawsuit that alleges State Farm Automobile Insurance company recruited and bankrolled the successful candidacy of an Illinois Supreme Court Justice in 2004 so that he would overturn a $1.18 billion judgement over non-OEM parts, will have their day in court starting this morning. The jury trial was scheduled to begin at 8:30 a.m. this morning before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Illinois in East St. Louis, Ill.
