U.S. District Judge Trina L. Thompson ruled in favor of a motion by Tesla to dismiss a proposed class action lawsuit by car owners that alleges the electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer has an unlawful monopoly on repairs and parts.
The suit, Virginia M. Lambrix et. Al. v. Tesla, Inc, combined five related lawsuits earlier this year.
