The Massachusetts Right to Repair Coalition has filed an Amicus Curiae brief in federal court in reaction to an April 15 procedural order again delaying a ruling, until at least July 1, on a lawsuit filed by the Alliance for Automotive Innovation, the association that represents vehicle manufacturers, challenging the law.
