Right to Repair Ballot Initiative Endorsed by Massachusetts News Publications

Voters will have say on Election Day in whether vehicle manufacturers are required to make telematics data available to vehicle owners and independent repair facilities.

The Auto Care Association announced that several major news publications are encouraging voters to support efforts to require vehicle manufacturers to allow consumers and independent repairers access to telematics data generated by modern vehicles.
