Axalta Coating Systems Ltd. (NYSE: AXTA) announced that Rakesh Sachdev has been appointed to its Board of Directors, effective August 24, 2020. Sachdev will serve on the Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation Committee.
