Legislation introduced earlier this year in the Florida Senate to restrict the use of customer incentives and assignment of benefits agreements in auto glass claims failed to advance yesterday in a committee vote. As CollisionWeek reported Monday, Florida Senate Bill 312 (SB 312) sought to make it illegal to offer customers anything of value to handle their insurance glass claim.
