Safelite Group, the owner of Safelite AutoGlass, announced the acquisition of Quick’s Glass Service. The transaction was completed at the close of business October 25.
Quick’s Glass Service has been in business for decades, owned and managed by Clint Harless. With five locations across California, including Marysville, Yuba City, Sacramento, Lodi and Stockton, the acquisition will support Safelite’s supercenter in Sacramento.
The company currently operates various brands in the northern Central Valley of California, including Quick’s Glass Service, Sacramento Autoglass and Stockton Auto Glass.
