ASA Urges Veto Override for New Hampshire OEM Collision Repair Procedure Legislation

Association asks repairers to contact state legislators encouraging override vote for HB 664. 

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) is asking New Hampshire repairers to contact state lawmakers and urge them to override Gov. Chris Sununu’s recent veto of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) collision repair procedures legislation.

ASA has created an online form for repairers to use to contact their legislators.

As CollisionWeek reported in August, Gov. Sununu vetoed the legislation over concerns that the bill would increase insurance premiums and hurt competition for repairs.
