On August 23, Drew Technologies, Inc., a part of the IVS division of Opus Group AB (publ), acquired BlueLink Diagnostic Solutions, a vehicle diagnostics provider. Drew Technologies acquired the BlueLink technology and operating assets under an asset purchase agreement for approximately 2.8 million SEK ($288,000).
BlueLink’s technology and operations will be integrated into the offerings of Drew Technologies and Autologic. Existing products offered under the BlueLink brand will be supported and further developed by Opus’ IVS division.
