Boyd Group Using Arity Virtual Assist Technology

Allstate announced that the Boyd Group is using Virtual Assist technology developed by its Arity subsidiary. The Boyd Group will use the communications technology at its Gerber Collision & Glass locations in the U.S. as well as its Boyd Autobody & Glass shops across western Canada and its Assured Automotive shops in eastern Canada.

Boyd GroupThe announcement was made at the DigIn Future of Insurance conference in Austin, Texas. Allstate founded Arity in 2016.

The tool is designed to improve vehicle appraisals, leading to better customer service and faster collision repairs.
