Arkansas Dealer to Pay $27,000 to Settle EEOC Disability Discrimination Lawsuit

 Federal agency charged Crain Automotive Holdings denied employee an accommodation for anxiety and depression, then fired her.

Crain Automotive Holdings, Inc., an automotive dealer with over 20 locations and three collision repair centers in Arkansas, will pay $27,100 to a former employee as part of the settlement of a disability discrimination lawsuit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the federal agency announced yesterday.
