ASA Urges Industry to Support New Hampshire OEM Collision Repair Procedure Bill

The New Hampshire Senate Committee on Commerce received comments on House Bill 664 at a public hearing Tuesday. This legislation addresses original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repair procedures for collision repairs.

Automotive Service Association logoASA supports this legislation and is calling for all collision repairers to send a letter to show their support.

In a letter to the Committee, Bob Redding, ASA Washington, D.C., representative said, “The original equipment manufacturers’ (OEM) repair procedures are the logical repair processes to be followed.
