The Boyd Group Inc. announced the March 8 acquisition of a multi-store operation consisting of 11 collision repair locations in Michigan. The new Gerber collision repair centers, which previously operated under the names of Dusty’s Collision (7 locations), Whitney’s Collision (3 locations) and Wright Brothers Collision (1 location), are located in Ann Arbor, Flint and Lansing in eastern and central Michigan.
Dusty’s Collision originated in 1995 in Ann Arbor. A second Ann Arbor location was added in 2006 and Dusty’s expanded by new unit growth and acquisition with the most recent openings in 2017.
