The Boyd Group Inc. announced the acquisition of an 18 collision repair center-MSO located in New York State. The acquisition marks Boyd’s entry into its 27th state.
The Carubba Collision repair centers are located throughout upstate New York, including the market areas around the cities of Albany, Buffalo and Syracuse. The centers, located in Buffalo (3 stores), Amsterdam, Ballston, East Syracuse, Hamburg, Horseheads, Jamestown, Olean, Oneonta, Scotia, Sennett, Syracuse, Tonawanda, Watertown, Wheatfield and Yorkville, have operated as Carubba Collision, which originated in 1955.
