Property Damage Appraisers (PDA) announced it has expanded its guaranteed same-day and next-day damage estimates for standard auto claims to more than 200 cities across the United States. The company initially launched Same-Day and Next-Day Service to 11 pilot markets in August 2018, and has since expanded the offering across its national team of appraisers.
According to the company it has averaged an appraisal cycle time of just over four hours for Same-Day Service assignments. The company is able to deliver completed damage estimates so quickly thanks to its proprietary Optimizer tool, which analyzes claim data and dispatches the closest
