ASA Supports New Hampshire OEM Repair Procedure Bill, Opposes Wyoming OEM Collision Repair Parts Bill

While supporting bill that would require payment for OEM repair procedures, association believes parts bill would negatively impact collision repairers and consumers.

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) announced its support of New Hampshire House Bill 664 (HB 644), that addresses the issue of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) repair procedures. ASA also announced its opposition of an OEM collision repair parts bill in Wyoming.

The association is asking collision repairers to call their legislators an indicated their support for the New Hampshire measure and oppose the Wyoming bill.
