New executive director details association goals, customer focus and affiliate relationships.
Ray Fisher, who was named the president and executive director of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) in December, held a press conference January 10 where he detailed his background and goals for the association. Fisher, who comes to the national organization from its state affiliate in Michigan, also explained how he will work with the collision repair and auto service association’s regional groups to further their efforts on behalf of their members.
