The Safelite Group, the vehicle glass services company and owner of Safelite AutoGlass announced the acquisition of Glasspro, Inc. The transaction was completed at the close of business January 4.
Glasspro is an independent auto glass repair and replacement company founded in 1995 by Paul Heinauer, a well-respected leader in the industry and pillar of the Charleston, S.C. community.
