Infomedia to Acquire Automotive Data Analytics Company

Infomedia Ltd (ASX:IFM), the automotive parts and service software provider, announced it has entered into an agreement to acquire Australia-based automotive data analytics company Nidasu.

Infomedia logoNidasu is a provider automotive insights to automakers and dealerships throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific.

Nidasu’s data analytics-as-a-service platform aggregates data from many sources within the dealership technology ecosystem. It is well established and supported by many of Infomedia’s existing customers and introduces new automakers to Infomedia. The aggregated data helps automakers and dealerships uncover actionable insights to improve fixed operations productivity and customer retention.
