Same store sales up 4.9 percent.
The Boyd Group Income Fund (TSE:BYD.UN) today reported sales increased by 17.3 percent to CA$459.6 million ($347.5 million) from CA$391.9 million ($296.3 million) in 2017 for the quarter ended September 30. Same-store sales increased 4.9 percent. Normalizing for the impact of hurricanes last year, same-store sales increased 3.6 percent.
In 2017, the company estimated that its sales were impacted by Hurricane Irma, and to a lesser degree Hurricane Harvey with an estimated impact of CA$5.0 million on sales and 1.5 percent on same-store sales.
