PPG (NYSE:PPG) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire SEM Products, Inc., the manufacturer of specialized automotive refinish products. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter 2018, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
